Impeller: High speed rotation generates sufficient wind pressure, overcomes furnace and chimney resistance, and blows enough air into the combustion chamber to meet combustion needs. It consists of cylindrical wheels with blades at a certain angle, usually made of lightweight alloy steel and injection molded products.

Gun barrel: used for guiding and stabilizing wind pressure, and is also a component of the intake channel. Generally, the jacket flange is connected to the furnace mouth. Its composition material is generally high-temperature resistant alloy steel.

Controller: A driving device that controls the rotation of the baffle through mechanical linkage. Generally speaking, there are two types of hydraulic drive controllers and tool holder motor drive controllers. The former works stably and is not prone to failure, while the latter has accurate control and stable changes in air volume.

Baffle: The main function is to adjust the size of the intake channel to control the intake volume. There are two types of materials: injection molding and alloy. Injection molded baffles are generally one piece, while alloy baffles are one piece, two pieces, or three pieces.

Diffusion disk: It can generate rotating airflow, which helps to fully mix air and fuel, and can also adjust the secondary air volume.
