Disadvantages: The combustion of premixed materials requires precise combustion speed, fast combustion speed, uniform combustion, and sufficient radiation heat transfer.
3. Flameless combustion
A combustion method that evenly mixes the space before combustion with the gas in the gas boiler. When using this method, the oxygen required during the gas combustion process does not need to be obtained in the surrounding air, but only needs to be mixed with the air to reach the combustion zone to achieve instantaneous combustion completion.
When selecting combustion methods, it is necessary to compare the advantages and disadvantages of different combustion methods. Good combustion methods can also help boilers achieve full combustion, improve thermal efficiency, and reduce emissions. Therefore, careful selection is crucial.
